Help Maddax See Clearly: Support Vision Therapy

Maddax needs vision correction therapy.

He has been diagnosed with 4 things: Exphoria, Fusion with defective stereopsis, Other irregular eye movements and Specific developmental disorder of motor function.

He recently got glasses, he's in speech and occupational therapy, he has ADHD. He is on medication for stomach pains which have been on going for almost a year.

He is on the IEP some letters/numbers and words look the same to him, examples: b,d, 9,6 saw, was. Etc....

He has a hard time with tracking, focusing convergence abilities and perceptual skills. His eyes don't focus like they should. Being able to read and identify letters is extremely hard. He is falling behind in school.

He Needs this therapy. It will retrain his eyes and his brain to work correctly. They think it will take 6-8 months of therapy. They believe it would help with his ADHD, his stomach pains and he wouldn't need occupational therapy anymore.

Sadly no insurance will cover vision therapy, they don't think it is medically necessary, but it is . The cost is $4405.
