Help Mad Maxi boy (15)

Hi my name is Kyle and the pictures are of my dog max he is an old boy (15) he's my whole world i had him at the vets last week as he has a couple of lumps on his bum which i thought it was nothing but tge vet noticed he has an enlarged testicle and a lump right next it that could kd be cancer it also is causing his testosterone to go up and the lumps on his bum so the vet said getting his testicles snippet will help his testosterone n lump go down and will be able to a biopsy on the one next to his testicle and bloods to make sure its not cancer it would ve amazing if anyone could help doesn't matter how much you can give any would be appreciated he is my absolute world i hate having to do this but fge vets wont even let me pay it up and i don't want to leave it any longer just incase especially that he an old boy that has lost of life left.
