Help Mac Cover Shiloh's Emergency Vet Bills

Hi everyone,

My name is Mac Carter, and I recently embarked on an incredible journey with a little 1yr old beagle named Shiloh. On Monday, May 5th, around 11:00am, my friend Anthony and I found him running on the roadside. I had to run into the woods after him a good ways until he found a log too big to get over.

We rescued him and discovered he had a broken femur and hip damage after taking him to Elizabethtown Animal Hospital initially. Since then, it’s been a whirlwind of vet calls, community support, and miraculous kindness. We had the final evaluation at Eastern Carolina Veterinary Referrals & ER. He needs surgery and rehab but his prognosis is “full recovery” if there are no complications.

Thanks to the amazing folks at Triangle Beagle Rescue, Shiloh’s surgery and rehabilitation are covered. However, I covered the initial emergency costs out of pocket, totaling a little over $750, and I’m reaching out for your support to help cover these expenses.

Every little bit helps, and your generosity will ensure that Shiloh’s journey from rescue to recovery is fully supported.
