Who I Am

I'm M.A. Holman, a medically retired Marine Corps veteran who served 11 years, now pursuing my education in North Carolina while supporting my family on a fixed VA income. For 23 years, I've been crafting an expansive fantasy universe that began as a childhood dream and evolved through my military service and academic studies.

The Chronicles of White Raven: The Infernal Machinations is a completed 400,000-word epic fantasy saga 23 years in the making. This sweeping narrative follows thirteen-year-old Allan Vanderbolt, who discovers not only that he possesses impossible magical abilities, but that he's been chosen as the harbinger of an ancient divine being.

The story unfolds across three meticulously crafted realms:

Axis Mundi: A technologically advanced version of our Earth where magic is naturally suppressed

Lemuria: A realm where magic flourishes and technology falters, dominated by feudal societies and ancient traditions

Tír na nÓg: The most enigmatic realm—existing in eternal twilight beneath a crimson moon, where reality itself proves malleable

When the barriers between worlds begin to fracture, monsters bearing mysterious brands pour through into our reality. Allan and his legendary grandfather Adam—a retired Slayer known as the Silver Devil—must confront enemies from the past while unraveling a cosmic conspiracy orchestrated by primordial entities Ash and Cinder.
