Please help Lyssa get the help she needs!

Hi, For those of you who don’t know me my name is Angie Lorenz. I am asking for some help to raise money for someone very special to me!

I own a salon in Chesterfield MO and have the pleasure of calling Lyssa Williamson an employee and more importantly a wonderful friend of mine. She is one of the kindest, most compassionate people you will ever meet and is an incredibly talented hair stylist.

On December 19th, Lyssa unfortunately fell down a flight of stairs and broke her collar bone in 3 different places.

This was obviously pretty devastating for her and very painful.

Unfortunately, she has not been progressing as she had hoped- she is in a lot of pain when she tries to lift her arm and has been experiencing tingling and numbness in her hands and fingers. Obviously, as a hair stylist she needs to have full use of her arms, so working up until this week was not even an option. Lyssa is making every effort to get back into the salon, however, during this transition she is having to take things extremely slow. She will be very limited on the services she can do and the amount of time

she can work each day. Unfortunately, she has been told it could take a year to completely heal.

For the time being Lyssa really needs physical therapy to heal. With the amount of work that she has missed, PT sessions that are hundreds of dollars per session have not been in the cards.

The doctors would also like her to have an MRI to figure out if her pain and numbness is potentially coming from nerve damage. As we all know, none of this comes without a large expense, even with insurance.

Lyssa is young and just moved into a new apartment a couple of months before the injury. It breaks my heart to see the stress and worry of paying bills. I hate seeing her in pain knowing she could potentially feel better if she could go to physical therapy. We just want her to heal and get whatever medical procedures are recommended for her to get better!

I'm asking for help to cover some of her medical bills, physical therapy, X-rays, MRI, some rent, etc. We are hoping soon she can return to work full time without limitations after some PT!

If any of you know Lyssa you know she has the biggest heart ever! She would never ask for help!!! I want to do this for her because she’s so good to people!!! She deserves some love and kindness to come her way!!
