My name is Tess Corona, the oldest of Lynnette Fleener's children. My mom followed my dad, who passed 5 years ago, to multiple states as he was promoted within his career. Shes been in California since the summer of 2000. On September 24th, 2020 she suffered her first heart attack. Luckily her surgeon was able to place a stint, for now. Though he was very adamant that it would only last so long, the exact time frame unknown. Before her heart attack, she was in so much discomfort and pain, for at least the previous 2 months, all while working at the doctors office(also her primary care physician) that she has been an employee at for almost 11 years.

Which brings us to now. She is over worked and far beyond stressed with her current situation. On top of all of the above, the home she rents is being sold, which means she has to move, by approximately Mid-November. We've searched high and low for another home for her (and my 19 year old sister) to rent here in California, and have come up empty handed. I reside in Northern Minnesota with my husband and our 4 children, where I've found mom multiple homes to rent (for half the cost) as well as multiple jobs that shes is perfectly qualified for. I have been with mom since she returned home from the hospital in early October, attempting to help pack and assist her in any/every way. After a few weeks of conversing and praying, Lynnette(mom), has decided that a move to the north, with us, would be best.

Were now in a race against the clock to get her moved as soon as possible due to her health, her finances, her mental well being, the sale of her current home, and the winter weather. If you can donate anything, and I mean anything, to help get her out of California, finally, and closer to her happiness(aka 4 of her grandkids) it would mean the world to us all. (For moving expenses, moving truck, gas to get there etc etc) We need mom to stay healthy and, almost just as important, we need her to be happy and valued again, as she's always deserved to be. Staying in California and at her current job is almost certainly going to land her in the hospital again, sooner than not.
