Hello everyone, my name is Lynne Weldon and I want to thank you for taking the time to read our story. Asking for help is something I never imagined doing. I have spent my entire life fighting as a mother to keep my family together, safe, and stable, but right now we are facing challenges we cannot overcome alone.

For many years, I was a stay-at-home mom dedicated to raising my children and caring for our home. Now, I am working hard to return to the workforce. Every day, I submit job applications and attend interviews whenever possible, but the process has been slow and discouraging. At the same time, my partner’s work hours have been drastically cut. We have recently filed for unemployment, but have not received any funding yet. We are trying very hard to fix our situation, but setbacks keep coming faster than we can recover, and things have become urgent.

Because of these hardships, we have fallen behind on essential bills. An eviction notice has now been filed against us, and we are terrified of losing our home, especially with the cold months approaching and no gas service. We urgently need help with back rent, restoring gas service, preventing electric shutoff, and repairing our vehicle. These expenses are not optional—without help, we cannot stop our eviction or keep our family warm and safe. We are not giving up and will continue to do everything we can to get back on our feet. It is our hope to keep our family together, and we are deeply grateful for any support you can offer.

Beyond surviving this crisis, I have a deeper purpose. I want to push forward so that mothers and families in the future never have to go through the same struggles I am encountering simply for trying to provide for their loved ones. No parent should have to feel this way or face such hardships and setbacks just for trying to keep their family stable. Your support will stop our eviction, catch us up on rent, restore our gas service, prevent our electricity from being shut off, and maintain transportation so we can continue job searches and appointments for our children. It will keep our family safe and stable during these difficult, cold times.
