Presentations are:

“Addressing The Dog In The Room - Service Animals, Emotion Support, Therapy Dogs, and Pets: What You Need To Know” which aims to educate the public on ADA laws and the difference between each canine companion*

“How Reading And Writing Poetry Makes Better Clinicians” which explores the intersections of symbolism in and out of therapy practices

and

“There’s Been An Active Shooter - Now What” which explores the shooting event of Lewiston, Maine in 2023 and ways that agencies can support and create emergency plans to support their staff.

With that said - these are not presentations that compensate, nor pay for travel or housing.

We did the math and found that driving will be approximately 10,470 miles, and will require an estimate of at least 25 days of hotel stays, in addition to being charged registration fees to present.

Our math lead us to expect the cost will exceed over $10,000 out of pocket for us to present as that estimate does not include food and miscellaneous expenses.

So we need your help to get there!
