Help Lynn Save the Farm!

Hey everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read my lengthy story, but I want you to know the importance of this Go-Fund Me, for my sister, Lynn Fleming.
Here is the back story. As most of you know, Lynn owns LynnHaven Dairy Goats. A goat farm in Pine Bush, NY. Her only source of income is the milk, cheese and meat she sells at Farmer's Markets and local businesses. A lot of these markets and businesses are all over the Hudson Valley, including NYC. She and her staff made/make these trips almost daily, resulting in her Toyota minivan having 300,000 miles and the Ford E250 passenger van, (used for markets), having 380,000 miles. Lynn knew the importance of replacing these vehicles for the survival of her farm, so she scrimped and saved while struggling (as everyone else), with the increase in feed, hay and farm supplies, she saved roughly $19,000 to buy a couple of used vans.
As some of you might not know, Lynn has been fighting cancer since she was 38 years old. She originally started with Breast Cancer, resulting in a mastectomy. It then returned in her kidney, resulting in the removal of one kidney. She continued working to keep the farm afloat. Unfortunately, again it returned as Renal Cell Carcinoma in her Para Sinuses. This F%@KING cancer led to an infection which affected her brain and required brain surgery. Oh, and did I mention, she had a heart attack in the middle of all that? She has undergone treatment, after treatment at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. Lynn's good friend, Linda, drives the Toyota minivan to and from doctor appointments, testing and treatments. That is 86 miles each way! When Lynn gets home all she wants to do is lay in her recliner with her "fur baby", Izzy. Izzy is a little Chihuahua dog that has been with Lynn through so much of her medical misery over the years. That sweet, little baby has been Lynn's "Service Dog", without going through the training! She lays on Lynn's lap and cuddles down under the blanket with her, showing her nothing but love. She has been Lynn's companion, safeguard and protector through it all!
OK finally to present day. As I explained above, the product from the farm is her ONLY source of income. Lynn has been very weak from being extremely anemic. Still battling the facial pain badly, PLUS having tests run on her good kidney, she relies on her amazing farm staff to keep everything going. She is no longer able to work the farm herself. Little Izzy stayed by her side and continued to offer support, until last week, when Lynn realized Izzy was having trouble breathing. Of course, Linda drove Lynn and Izzy to the Emergency Vet Clinic in Brewster. After much testing, while receiving 24 hr. oxygen, Izzy was diagnosed and treated for heart failure. The prognosis wasn't great, but since Izzy has been such an enormous source of strength during Lynn's sicknesses, Lynn realized she had to reciprocate that by doing everything she could to support Izzy. She was "admitted" for over a week in Brewster receiving around the clock care. Good news is that Izzy is home with Lynn! Bad news... Lynn had to use her "van fund" in order to cover the $16,000 vet bill. Could Lynn have just had Izzy put to sleep? Yes, but any of you that know her and her love for her animals, knows that just couldn't happen. But the consequence of this could result in the loss of her farm if the vans can't be replaced. More importantly, she needs to continue treatment in the Bronx, (again, 86 miles one way!), to beat this disgusting disease!
This is where I am hoping for you to help me help her. I know times are tough for everyone, but, if you are able and willing to support Lynn, please donate or share on your FB page. She is too prideful to ask anyone for help, but as her younger sister, I feel she has done so much for everyone over the years, that I could ask for her! Thank you in advance for your help!
