For several years, my dear friend Lynn has faced ongoing job instability — not due to a lack of effort or dedication, but because the state positions she worked in were downsized or restructured. Each time, Lynn adapted, applied, and kept moving forward with resilience and hope. Over time, the financial strain has made it impossible for her to return home to Washington, where her daughter lives. Being separated from her child has been incredibly difficult, and despite doing everything she can, Lynn doesn’t have the resources to make the move on her own.

This fundraiser will help cover relocation and travel expenses, as well as basic housing costs, so Lynn can rebuild stability and reunite with her family.
