This is Lynn Maggert, my boyfriend’s grandpa! We love him so deeply, and he’s played such a large role in our lives. A man of unwavering strength, kindness, and resilience. He has spent his life giving to others, whether through his wisdom, his love, or his hard work. Now, he is facing one of the toughest battles of his life: cancer. He has bladder cancer, and 2 lymph nodes and has to get his stent in his bladder replaced every 3 months! He lives with his loving wife, and they need help. Despite his determination to fight, the costs of treatment, medication, and care have become overwhelming. As a family, we want nothing more than to ensure he gets the best possible care, but we need help.
