Lynn and Steve are two of the most loving, dedicated, hardworking people I have ever known.

They are trying their hardest to avoid losing the property they have been renting for the past several years, the land they built their home on, believing they would be given an opportunity to rent to own and would never have to leave the area that is so close to their hearts.

Instead, they find themselves faced with an ultimatum: purchase the land outright or face eviction by March 5, 2026.

Lynn and Steve cannot bear the thought of leaving the community and home they have built. Steve works maintaining and improving roads and infrastructure for a local tribe, and Lynn is an assistant teacher at a Montessori school in the same community. We want them to be able to continue leaving their community a little better than they found it.
