Hi,

 

My name is Sara and I am starting this in hopes that we can make this difficult time for our friends a little lighter.

 

This August Lynn was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and from then things have moved very quickly. Lynn is a fighter and in order to get aggressive with treatment and heal, Lynn had to make the very difficult decision to step away from a job she enjoyed and planned to be at until retirement. To make things more challenging, Norma (Lynn’s Mother) was  diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer the month prior. Norma has undergone surgery and is moving on to radiation alongside her daughter. Both of these amazing women are receiving daily treatment at the Cross Cancer.

Lynn’s Children, Daniel, Sean and Marlea are rallied in their corner and doing everything they can in order care for and support both Lynn and Norma. For anyone who has dealt with an illness, you know that there can be a lot of anxiety, emotional and financial strain. There are many unexpected costs to go along with cancer so if you are able to contribute in any way, big or small, it will be very much  appreciated and go a long way.
