Hi, I’m Lynette.

On August 29th, I had to have emergency open-heart surgery. I had a strep blood infection that ate a valve in my heart. Thanks to a co-worker who took me to the emergency room, I survived.

Unfortunately, the hospital is not in my network for my insurance. Since I am unable to work until I get better, I am going to need some help with the bills. I also ended up getting double vision due to paresis in my right eye, so I am unable to drive.

I give thanks to all the friends and family who have helped me get through the past few weeks. Scary coming that close to death.
