Please Help the Lynette and Brian Family Rebuild!!
After a Devastating House Fire
Hi, we are Lynette and Brian. Unfortunately on Friday afternoon around 4 p.m., our family experienced something we would never wish on anyone — a horrible fire that completely destroyed our home. In a matter of minutes, we lost everything we owned — our clothes, furniture, personal memories, and most importantly, our sense of safety.
We made it out alive, but not without pain. I Lynette, recently suffered a serious fracture, and in the chaos of trying to escape the fire, I injured myself even more. My son, Alijah, was struck by falling debris and suffered a burn on his scalp. By the grace of God, both my boys are okay, but we are shaken to the core and struggling to pick up the pieces.
Right now, my family is completely displaced. We have no home, no belongings, and nowhere stable to go. We’ve been paying for food and hotel stays out of pocket, with no help or assistance from our apartment complex, and our funds are quickly running out. We are trying to seek restitution, but as of now, we are on our own.
My children have been so strong through this, but they’ve lost everything — clothes, shoes, school supplies, book bags — everything that makes a child’s day feel “normal.” As a mother, it breaks my heart that I can’t provide the basic things they need right now.
We’re humbly asking for any help you can give — whether it’s a donation, a share, or even just a prayer. Every little bit will go toward food, temporary housing, clothing, and the essentials we need to rebuild our lives from the ground up.
Our backs are truly against the wall, but we’re holding onto hope and faith that with your kindness, we can start over.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading, sharing, and helping us through this painful time. ❤️
