Help me help Lyndsey rescue animals and give them a safe, loving home!

Reconnecting with Lyndsey has been an absolute blessing! Though years of hardship kept us apart, our shared strong faith and mutual love of animals brought us back together. In that reunion, I've witnessed the truly incredible work Lyndsey is doing every single day. And what an amazing child of God she has become; she actually radiates Christ's joy and love! Lyndsey is a proud former member of the military who has overcome a deeply challenging past with unwavering strength, grace, and faith. Her experiences have only deepened her compassion for people and passionately for animals.

She now dedicates her life to adopting abused, neglected, and abandoned animals and giving them safe shelter, love, affection, medical needs, and a forever home. Lyndsey pays for everything out of her own pocket, from food, medical care, and a cool shelter during the brutal heat. She also helps a friend take care of her many horses that have been rescued. This adds hours of driving and physical work to her already long days. Right now, she's facing an urgent challenge - she needs to fence her yard in and build a shaded sheltered area for her animals to be safe. A neighbor's dog broke into her mini horse, Stars’, pen. The dog not only terrified this rescued mini horse but tore a large piece of flesh out of her belly that has taken months to slowly heal. As a result of this brutal attack, Lyndsey has had to board Star away from home until she can raise the money for the fence and gate.

This project is estimated to cost around $9,000 from the company who provided a bid. It is a cost she simply cannot manage alone.
