Hi there!

My name is Christine, and I’m raising funds for my dear friend Lyndi, a small business owner and candle maker here in Wilmington, NC, to help her replace her car.

On Monday, July 21st, Lyndi’s car- affectionately known as Fabulous Fabio (may he rest in peace) was stolen right from her driveway, then crashed and abandoned. The next day, police contacted her with the heartbreaking news. The car was severely damaged both inside and out, and ultimately totaled.

As if that wasn’t enough, her business organizer, (which held vital information like her candle fragrance recipes, meeting schedules, and contacts) was missing from the car. It was last seen sitting on the front seat.

Lyndi is the kind of person who will give you the shirt off her back and a smile to go with it...never asking for anything in return. She's one of the hardest-working people I know, and we share a studio space where I’ve seen firsthand how much heart she puts into her work.

She’d never ask for this kind of help, but I know how much it would mean to her. Anything you can do to support would mean the world to me, even just sharing this link if at this time supporting financially isn't feasible. Our community is full of love, and I believe we can come together to support her through this setback.
