Only have 30 days to move. On Monday, I received a notice that I have to move out of my apartment by April 30th. I have lived in this apartment complex for 15 years, and being given such a short time frame to find a new place and move has been incredibly stressful. This year has already brought many challenges, and this sudden change has added to the weight I’m carrying. I am working two jobs—one full-time and one part-time—but the costs of moving are more than I can manage on my own right now.

The expenses I’m facing include the cost of a moving truck, which can be quite high, as well as deposits and first month’s rent for a new apartment. I also have a pet deposit to consider, and there are startup or transfer fees for utilities. On top of that, I may need to hire someone to help me move larger items like my washer, dryer, and furniture. These are all immediate needs that I simply can’t cover without help.
