Hi, my name is Ari. My best friend Felicia took her youngest daughter to the pediatrician on Friday 3/29 due to her stomach being enlarged and her skin having a yellowish tinge. Her pediatrician was able to order an ultrasound the same day where they found one large and two small tumors on her abdomen. The same day she was sent immediately to the Children's Hospital in Orlando where Lyla has begun many many invasive tests. Lyla was diagnosed with cancer on 3/30/24. Lyla is a warrior and will get through this. As of now, we know that Lyla has neuroblastoma. She is still undergoing more testing to identify how far it has spread. Lyla has testing set up for the week of 4/9 which includes a PET Scan, Bone Marrow testing and more. She will also begin her treatment next week. Lyla turns 2-years-old on April 17th.

Lyla has an older sister, Ella 9-years-old and a big brother, Asher almost 4 years-old. During this time, my friend Felicia is unable to work. She has already spent a week in Orlando away from her other babies. Her husband Alex is doing the best he can to balance driving back-and-forth to Orlando to be there with Lyla and Felicia and helping Felicia's mother take care of the other two children. Times like this are unfathomable for any parent. The last thing this family needs to worry about are their bills. Please help me fund at least 6 months of their bare minimum bills to be paid.
