Help Lydia see a Heart Specialist

After taking Lydia to the vet for the third time for X-rays, they have now referred us to a heart specialist. Her heart is enlarged with bruising and fluid around it, and they are unsure as to why.

Lydia has been struggling to breathe and was taken to the vet last Monday. She was prescribed antibiotics, but they haven't helped — her breathing is worse, and now she won’t eat or sleep. She just stands and paces, clearly in distress.
