A devoted member of her church, LV serves faithfully as both a musician and praise leader, using her gifts to uplift and inspire others. Her passion for wellness is just as powerful. With a master’s degree in Designing and Implementing Wellness Programs in Adult Settings and over two decades of experience as a physical trainer, she has dedicated her life to helping others live healthier, fuller lives. She is especially committed to educating seniors on how to prevent and manage chronic illness, empowering them with knowledge, strength, and confidence.

LV brings joy wherever she goes. She loves to laugh, to dance, and to embrace life fully. It’s not uncommon to spot her walking through the streets of Chicago, moving to the rhythm of house music, turning an everyday commute into a moment of celebration.

In March 2026, LV was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She is now preparing to face this challenge with the same courage, strength, and grace that she has always shown to others.
