Help me bring my mom home

Hi, my name is Yalithsa Carrasco, and this is my mom, Luz Maria Carrasco. We are in dire need of financial assistance. She had surgery done in Mexico, and as she was under anesthesia for her procedure, her heart stopped suddenly on the table, which caused fluid to fill up in her lungs. She also suffered significant brain swelling, which caused some brain damage. She had to be resuscitated at least four times. Currently, she is in the ICU in a stable condition in Mexico. Her medical bills have reached almost $15,000 so far; I need an additional $20,000 to safely get her back to Chicago to finish her care here with my family and me. Because this was such an unexpected surprise, I am asking for a donation of $35,000. I realize it is a lot, but anything will help as this has been a significant financial and an extremely emotional burden on my family and me.
