Hi My name is lupe:

My sister in law Josefina is a really sweet and joyful person. Unfortunately she has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer which is all over her body. The doctors do not give us much hope. She has 5 kids and my brother(her husband) has not been working for about a month, he is so stressed out. I understand we are all going through rough times these days but everything and anything helps.

I would like to thank everyone in advance for your help even if it is just by sharing.
