Help Lupercio Beat Cancer

Tax deductible
We at the Brazilian Worker Center, are raising money for Lupercio Marinho, a 46-year-old Brazillian man from who was diagnosed with Lung Cancer on June 19th, 2019

His Story:
In February of 2019, Lupercio was admitted into the hospital because he was coughing a lot and had difficulty breathing, while there the doctors told him he had Pneumonia. They also informed him that he had an abnormal collection of air in the pleural space between the lung and the chest wall and if left untreated it would eventually cause his lungs to collapse, so they decided to drain the air out of his lungs. After staying in the hospital for 8 days he was discharged and went home. Two weeks later the coughing started again, but this time there was blood. He went back to the Hospital and they now suspected that he had Blood Accumulation in the lungs, so they did a Bronchoscopy, a Biopsy, and the surgical procedure to remove Blood from his Lungs. The results of the Biopsy showed he had Lung Cancer. On June 19th the very same day of the Biopsy he began his chemotherapy treatment.

How can you Help:
Throughout this whole process, Lupercio has been unable to work because he still has difficulty breathing, as well as other side effects of Chemotherapy. We ask that you please donate to this cause so we can help Lupercio with his treatment.

Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.

A História Dele:
