Help Luna's Emergency Vet Surgery

Luna, my beloved dog, has been with me since she was just 6 weeks old. She recently turned 4 in April, and throughout these years, she has been my constant companion and emotional support. Unfortunately, Luna is now facing a serious health challenge. She has been struggling with a highly resistant UTI, which has led to bladder stones and frequent vet visits. Despite my efforts to manage her symptoms and provide her with the necessary medication, each vet visit has brought more bad news.

The situation has become critical, as Luna now requires emergency surgery due to a bladder stone lodged in her urethra, causing possible urine compaction. The cost of this surgery is beyond my current means, and it breaks my heart to see her in pain. Luna has always been by my side, offering comfort and love, and it is incredibly difficult to watch her suffer.
