Nació totalmente sorda y con visión muy limitada, pero eso nunca le impidió ser el centro de mi universo. Hoy, la vida de esta pequeña de 3 años está en peligro. Luna está sufriendo una crisis de columna tan severa que tiembla de miedo y grita de dolor cada vez que intenta moverse. Para una perrita que ya depende tanto de su cuerpo para sentir el mundo, perder su movilidad es perderlo todo.
Debido a su condición genética, Luna es más pequeña y frágil que otros perritos. Los veterinarios necesitan realizar imágenes de alta complejidad (MRI) para entender qué está pasando en su espalda y evitar que quede paralizada. El costo de estos estudios es muy alto, y sin ayuda, es imposible cubrirlo. Luna ya navega un mundo difícil sin poder oír ni ver bien. Por favor, no permitamos que también tenga que navegarlo con un dolor insoportable.

Luna's journey hasn't been easy. She was abandoned by her previous owner, a neighbor who couldn't take her to a new home. I took her in because I couldn't bear to see her left behind. Luna also suffers from congenital deafness, but she has always been full of love and resilience. Now, seeing her yelp in pain leaves me in tears, feeling helpless that I can't take her suffering away.
