Hi everyone, I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but I’m asking for help for my dog, Luna. She’s 7 years old, healthy, and has always been full of life. On Friday night we brought her to the ER because she was in severe pain and struggling to walk, we were told she had a back injury to let her rest and time to heal. Sunday morning, everything changed suddenly. She completely lost the ability to feel and move her back legs. This happened out of nowhere and has been absolutely devastating. This has been the hardest two days of my life and I’m struggling to ever imagine Luna never being able to walk again.

After emergency evaluations, the vets told us she needs urgent spinal surgery to give her the best chance at walking again. Without surgery, she will remain paralyzed. With surgery, there is still hope — but time is critical. The cost of diagnostics, surgery, hospitalization, medications, and follow-up care is more than I could ever imagine. Every dollar raised will go directly toward her medical care and recovery.

She is more than a pet — she’s family and everyone knows I refer to her as my daughter. She has been by my side through so much and all the challenges and hardships life has thrown my way over the last 7 years. I’m doing everything I can to fight for her now.
