Luna is about 10 years old and has been my loving, trusting companion for many years. Lately, she has been eating less and growing weaker, and it breaks my heart to see her struggle. She now has trouble standing and can't walk right, or at all. Watching her lose her energy and spirit has been incredibly difficult for me.

As her owner, I am 71 years old and living on a fixed income with Medicare and Medicaid. Unfortunately, I have recently lost some benefits due to new rules, making it even harder to provide for Luna's needs. She needs more help than I can give on my own, and I am deeply worried about her well-being.
