I hate asking for help and it’s not in my nature to do so, but everyone who knows me knows Luna is my BABY and I would do anything for her.

In April, she was diagnosed with pancreatitis and we’ve had it under control since. But a few weeks ago, she got her booster vaccines and a few days later started getting very sick. She hasn’t eaten in days, vomiting, excessively drinking water and urinating, and in clear physical pain.

I took her to the vet and her liver enzymes are extremely elevated, but they are unsure if it’s related to her pancreas as her levels for that have come down. She is currently on IV fluids and six different medications for pain, nausea, liver production, potassium, etc.

They told me the only way to diagnose her is with an ultrasound and a biopsy at a specialty vet, and that’s going to cost into the thousands on top of the $1,400 we’ve already spent.

I would sell a limb for my dog if that were an option, but unfortunately, it is not. I’d really like to get a diagnosis as the treatment right now is just maintenance and not a diagnosis of what’s causing the elevated liver enzymes or a cure. Even if you can’t donate, thanks for reading.
