I never in my life thought I’d have to make one of these but I’m at the point where I’ve helped so many people and I haven’t asked for much help before at least nothing like this. I NEED to give Luna her life back, she wants to go on walks, she wants to go up the stairs, run and play with our other dog. But it’s so hard for her and so hard for me to limit her. Please help us. 

She is a 5 year old German Shepard/Black Lab/Boxer mix. A few years back she had an accident and was limping for a while. I didn’t think much of it as she was still very active and it would come and go. It didn’t seem to bother her too much, just thought maybe she over extended or something. Within the last year she’s been getting worse. Limping so bad, if she goes up the stairs it’s just “snap crackle pop” snap crackle pop”. After going to different vets (many bills later) we have gotten it diagnosed as torn CCL’s (or as it would be an ACL tear in humans) in BOTH her knees. She’s going to need surgery onBOTH knees. I can’t believe how stupid I am tohave let it get this far. I feel so defeated, so helpless. The vet estimated anywhere from $5900 to $8000 PER knee. I need to get my house prepped for this and buy a kennel and other after surgery supplies. Also after surgery she’s going to be needing some sort of rehab.

This is so stressful. I am a house cleaner full time Monday through Friday and don’t get paid as much as one would like or think BUT definitely not enough for this. I am just asking for any possible help. I know my goal is pretty high. Thank you for even reading this, this far. Below is the actual estimate.
