Help Luna Fight FIP and Neurological Complications

Luna has been with me through so many chapters of my life. She’s the type of cat that follows me around the house, sleeps near me every night, and somehow always knows when I’m having a hard day. She isn’t “just a pet” to me — she’s family, my comfort, and one of my best friends.

Recently, our world got turned upside down when Luna was diagnosed with the dry form of FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). At first, we thought we could manage it, but things became much more serious very quickly. Luna began suffering from seizures, blood in her stool, and rapid health changes that have honestly been terrifying to witness. Watching such a loving and gentle cat go through this has been heartbreaking. Even through everything, she still tries to cuddle up beside me and purr, and that’s what makes this so hard. She’s still Luna. She’s still fighting.

Her treatment is urgent and expensive. The funds raised will go directly toward her FIP treatment medication, emergency vet visits, bloodwork, neurological monitoring for her seizures, testing related to the blood in her stool, and follow-up care throughout her recovery. The costs are already significant and may continue to rise depending on how she responds to treatment. I normally have a hard time asking for help, but I can’t do this alone. I just want to give Luna the chance she deserves to recover and live a happy life again.

If you’re able to donate, share, or even just keep Luna in your thoughts, it would truly mean so much to me and my family. Thank you for taking the time to read Luna’s story and support her fight.

Update on Luna ❤️ (05/21/26)

I wanted to share another small update on Luna since my last post.

Thankfully, Luna has continued to show some improvement since staying on treatment. She still has lower energy than usual and has been spending more time resting, but I’m relieved that she is still eating well and consistently finishing her meals. Seeing her continue to eat honestly gives me a lot of comfort and hope right now after how scary things became recently.

We are still monitoring her neurological symptoms closely and taking everything one day at a time, but so far the seizures and wobbling have remained less frequent compared to the initial scare. I’m trying to stay cautiously hopeful while continuing her medications, monitoring, and follow-up care.

Thank you again to everyone who has donated, shared, messaged me, or simply kept Luna in your thoughts. The support and kindness people have shown during this has genuinely meant more to me than I can properly express. ❤️
