Hey, I'm Luna, surgery is really expensive and also not available on the NHS (UK) so even after many years of waiting for other treatment you are still not able to get Facial feminisation surgery (FFS). this surgery would be a massive step in my transition. I've struggled with my identity for my whole life and I would love to get to the point where I can freely enjoy myself without the constant background noise. It would also allow me to present closer to my identity offering me ease passing through society and the ability to express myself without always having to hide my insecurities.
