Help Luke Pierce Heal After Life-Changing Surgery

We’re rallying around our friend and loved one, Luke Pierce, as he prepares for a major, life-altering surgery to remove a tumor and a dangerous growth in his ear.

Fourteen years ago, Luke faced the unthinkable—multiple brain surgeries that ultimately required a shunt to be placed. Now, he’s facing another serious health challenge. Doctors recently discovered a tumor at the top of his ear canal, along with a cholesteatoma, a destructive growth that has returned after all these years. While the brain appears stable for now, this surgery is critical to remove the tumor, rebuild his ear canal, and prevent further damage to his hearing and health.

This isn’t just a physical battle—it’s a financial one too. Luke is required to pay approximately $15,000 up front before insurance covers anything. On top of that, he and his family will make multiple trips to Birmingham, AL, which means extra costs for hotels, gas, and meals. He’ll also be out of work for at least 6 weeks with IV antibiotics, making living expenses a real concern.
