Support Luke’s Fight with Kidney Failure & his Transplant Journey

Our son, Luke, is only 17 years old. He was a healthy, active teenager who loved football and wrestling, with big dreams for his future. Then, on October 12th, everything changed. Luke was suddenly diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney failure and spent 20 days at Rush Pediatric ICU fighting for his life. He now depends on dialysis to survive while waiting and praying for a kidney transplant. Every day, Luke faces constant pain, exhaustion, and sickness. The sports he loved and the future he dreamed of have been taken from him. Even after a transplant, his life will never be the same, requiring lifelong medications and doctor appointments.

The emotional and financial burden on our family has been overwhelming. Medical bills are mounting, and we also face significant gas and travel expenses, as the hospital is 55 miles away, along with ongoing treatments, medications, and missed work.
