Help Luka Make a Difference (MADE) in Cambodia 2024

Hey, I'm Luka!

My Year 9 friends and I plan to make a big difference by building and fitting out up to four homes for families living on the Mekong River in Cambodia.

In September, I'll be heading to Cambodia for 12 days to help improve the lives of a local community by building and fitting out these houses.

So far, my Year 9 group has raised enough money to build 2.5 houses, including $350 from our Container Scheme collection. But we still need more funds to hit our goal. Last year, the 2023 group raised over $13,000. In 2024, we want to smash this.

My personal goal is to raise $500 or more, to help close the gap for building the houses and maybe even add some extra home comforts, like a flushing toilet.
