Help Luisa Beat Leukemia Again
Donation protected
In April 2024, our vibrant and strong 20-year-old cousin, Luisa, was diagnosed with leukemia. After enduring months of chemotherapy and setbacks, she reached remission in September — but heartbreakingly, the cancer returned just one month later.
Now, Luisa is once again in treatment, bravely undergoing chemotherapy at Massachusetts General Hospital with the support of an incredible medical team.
Throughout all of this, her parents — her mom and dad — have been by her side every step of the way. They’ve had to put their lives on hold: missing work, shouldering the financial weight of ongoing medical bills, and facing the emotional pain of watching their daughter fight for her life. This battle has deeply affected their whole family, both financially and emotionally — but their love for Luisa never wavers.
Despite everything, Luisa continues to show amazing strength, compassion, and hope. One thing that keeps her going through the hardest days is a dream she talks about often — visiting Ireland. It's a place she’s always wanted to see, and she holds onto that dream tightly as a symbol of everything she’s fighting for.
We're asking for your support to:
• Help cover Luisa’s ongoing medical and recovery-related expenses
• Support her parents during this incredibly difficult time
• Help Luisa fulfill her dream of traveling to Ireland when she recovers
Every donation — no matter the size — brings Luisa and her family closer to healing and to hope. If you’re unable to give right now, we’d be so grateful if you could share this page with others.
From our family to yours, thank you for supporting Luisa.
