Hi, my name is Luis Hernandez and on March 13 I had a slip and fall accident where I broke my right arm while outside my job. I broke the humerus bone ( that is the bone between your elbow and your shoulder). It broke right above my elbow which my doctor tells me is the worst place to break.

thank to God, the doctor saying that he didn’t need a dangerous surgery but the bone needs to heal by itself. It’s gonna need therapy and it’s going to take 10 to 12 weeks for the bone to heal.

my wrist and my hand hurts to move the bit I can and my elbow has almost no range of motion. I don’t know how long this will last and if you know a little bit about my past story, I haven’t been able to work, and I recently started now again I’m unable to work or do anything around the house.

I know I’m going to need Physic and Orthopedic therapy but I don’t know for how long and what benefits I will see. My arm will never be the same again.

My family and I have been through so much in life but this past few months it’s been the worse.

I am here today because I’m just so frustrated and don’t know where to turn, we need help. Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated $1, $3, $5, $10, $20, $30 anything you give will be a huge contribute to this cause and if you can’t I completely understand. We all have our struggles.

Hola, me llamo Luis Hernández y el 13 de marzo tuve un accidente por resbalón y caída en el que me fracturé el brazo derecho fuera del trabajo. Me fracturé el húmero (el hueso que está entre el codo y el hombro). Se fracturó justo encima del codo, que según mi médico es la peor zona para fracturarse. Gracias a Dios, el médico dijo que no necesitaba una cirugía peligrosa, pero que el hueso necesita sanar por sí solo.

Necesitará fisioterapia y tardará entre 10 y 12 semanas para poder sanar. Me duele la muñeca y la mano al moverlas, y mi codo casi no tiene movilidad. No sé cuánto tiempo durará esto y, si conocen un poco mi historia, sabrán que no he podido trabajar y que recientemente empecé a hacerlo, pero ahora no puedo trabajar otra ves ni hacer nada en casa. Sé que voy a necesitar fisioterapia y terapia ortopédica, pero no sé cuánto durará ni qué beneficios obtendré. Mi brazo nunca volverá a ser el mismo. Mi familia y yo hemos pasado por muchas cosas en la vida, pero estos últimos meses han sido los peores.

Estoy aquí hoy porque estoy muy frustrado y no sé a quién acudir; necesitamos ayuda. Cualquier donación es muy apreciada: $1, $3, $5, $10, $20, $30. Cualquier cantidad será una gran contribución a esta causa, y si no puedes, lo entiendo perfectamente. Todos tenemos nuestras dificultades.
