On October 23rd, Luis was involved in a horrible motorcycle accident when a car illegally drove onto the sidewalk to turn around, causing a head-on collision. He was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he has already undergone two surgeries to repair a broken pelvis and stop internal bleeding caused by the impact.

Thanks to his helmet, Luis survived — but he faces a long and challenging road to recovery.

Luis a father of 2, is the main provider for himself and his wife, but he will be unable to work for the foreseeable future as he heals. Unfortunately, the bills and daily expenses won’t stop while he recovers.

El 23 de octubre, Luis sufrió un terrible accidente de motocicleta cuando un auto invadió la acera para dar la vuelta, provocando una colisión frontal. Fue trasladado de urgencia al Hospital Jackson Memorial, donde ya se sometió a dos cirugías para Tre fractura de pelvis y detener la hemorragia interna causada por el impacto.

Gracias a su casco, Luis sobrevivió, pero le espera una larga y difícil recuperación.

Luis es el principal sustento de su esposa y de sí mismo, pero no podrá trabajar durante un tiempo mientras se recupera. Lamentablemente, los gastos médicos y diarios continuarán durante su convalecencia.
