Helping Luis in His Time of Need

Hi everyone,

I’m Elza Chifutska, and I’m reaching out to support a dear friend and coworker, Luis Cruhigger. He has been with us since the beginning, and anyone who knows him can tell you he’s one of the kindest, most genuine people around. He has a great sense of humor and a warm spirit, despite the hardships he has faced.

A few years ago, Luis lost his mother, and since then, his health has declined. His heart is no longer pumping enough blood for his organs to function properly, which has severely impacted both his kidneys and liver. A few months ago, he was hospitalized due to a near heart attack. He made incredible efforts to improve his condition, including losing weight to relieve strain on his heart, but unfortunately, the damage to his organs was already significant.

This past Friday, what was supposed to be a short hospital stay took a drastic turn—Luis was suddenly placed on dialysis. This is a major change for him, and he is now facing a long and difficult road ahead.

Luis has always been there for others, and now it’s our turn to be there for him. Whether it’s offering emotional support, helping with medical expenses, or simply letting him know he’s not alone, anything we can do will make a difference.
