**A brother in need : Help Luis my brother in His Recovery**

Dear Friends, Family, and Compassionate Strangers,

I am reaching out to share the story of my brother, Luis, who was involved in a serious accident in Hendry County on the evening of July 2nd. While unloading a boat from a trailer, the boat tragically slipped and fell on my brother that left him pinned under the boat, resulting in severe injuries, including a broken leg and a significant head injury.

Luis was pinned under the boat for four long hours during this ordeal. Despite the immense pain and fear, Miraculously he overcame to free himself and call for medical assistance. My brother’s survival was nothing short of a miracle and has been given a second chance at life.

Luis was airlifted to St. Mary’s Trauma Hospital in West Palm Beach, where he underwent major surgeries for his head injury and orthopedic surgery for a broken femur, along with treatment for other injuries. The road to recovery will be long and challenging, and he will need ongoing medical care and physical and emotional support.

During this difficult time, we are facing obstacles and difficulties in getting him the help he needs in medical coverage to help him with this financial burden of medical bills, physical therapy and living expenses.
