Hi everyone,

We are fundraising for Luis, who went through something terrifying and unexpected. On Friday, October 17, he suffered a sudden seizure that caused a bad fall. He then had a second seizure shortly after. Because of what happened, he ended up with a fractured jaw, a fractured wrist, lost teeth, and needs lip & jaw surgery. He’s now facing a long recovery, a stack of medical bills, and is being hospitalized until further notice.

To make things harder, Luis is currently between jobs after his last company(21st Amendment) suddenly shut down. He had just started a new job, but he wasn’t there long enough to qualify for insurance. Now he can’t work until further notice, and he’s suddenly stuck without income right when he needs support the most.

Luis also helps take care of his mom and their dog Dolly, and this situation has affected their whole home. We want to help take some weight off his shoulders so he can focus on healing and getting back on his feet.

We’re asking for donations of any amount to help cover:

• Hospital, medical, and dental bills

• Upcoming dental work and recovery costs

• Everyday living expenses while he’s unable to work

• Support for the family and Dolly during this time
