Hi, my name is Luis Godoy. I'm 39, a blue-collar worker. I work hard and stay out of trouble. But sadly, I had an accident in which my mouth was compromised. It happened at the gym. I was trying to adjust the bench press bar when it came off and hit my mouth. The impact removed my bottom lip from its position and broke a few premolars, a canine located on my left side, and damaged my central lateral incisor.

Right now, I'm unable to eat solid food. The specialist said I need a root canal for the incisors and to restore the premolar and canine. I've already covered my surgery to restore my lip. But right now, I need help so I can work on my teeth. I really appreciate any help. I will always be thankful for that.
