Help Luis Alberto Baeza For Medical Treatment

On behalf of Mr. Luis Alberto Baeza, as a child, he experienced 80 percent burns to his body in his home country of Chile. His parents abandoned him when he was an infant, and he has no known relatives, in which he has been made to fend for himself. Luis has underwent over a hundred surgeries to survive. Hes been in the United States for over 54 years. He worked hard, put himself through school, payed his taxes, and contributed to the American society. He experienced significant hurdles as he tried to acquire his citizenship. Currently he is not entitled to any programs here in the state, which means he has no money for food, clothing, shelter, and lastly medical care. He's not asking for a handout, but a hand up.
