Update: Lucy has a huge tumor on her ovary, and has to get surgery to remove it. I updated the photos with the estimate for her surgery. She has to get the tumor removed because it is compressing her digestive tract and kidneys.
Hi, I'm trying to raise enough money to get medical care for my guinea pig Lucy (named after Lucy Pevensie from the Narnia books!). She is likely suffering from bad ovarian cysts and is in pain, peeing blood, and has a swollen, hard belly consistent with ovarian cysts.
I've already maxed out my CareCredit card paying for another guinea pig, Daja's, hyperthyroidism diagnosis, treatments, and medicines, and I can't lose another fur baby this year. I wouldn't do something like this in the usual course of things because I hate asking for money, but I'm at my wits' end.
The conservative estimate for all the appointments, tests, and eventual full hysterectomy is between $800-$1200, and I'm hoping just for some help in paying for her care.
