Today, Lucifer was diagnosed with a slipped disc. He was misdiagnosed by another vet as having arthritis, and now he needs emergency surgery. Besides his current mobility issues, he is a healthy kitty. He is my soul animal, and I will do anything to help him. For the past week, I have been up all night and day carrying him everywhere he needs to go, syringe watering him, whatever he needs. If you are able to help us with the financial burden this expensive, emergency treatment will cost, I would be so grateful!

Currently, I have already spent $1,300 this week. His MRI will be anywhere from $2,000-$6,000, with the surgery being $8-$10k. Thank you for your consideration!

Update 5/31: I want to thank everyone who has shared and/or donated. Lucifer has been admitted to the Summit Vet Referral center here in Tacoma. Today we have paid $4100 already, on top of $900 yesterday, and $300 on Tuesday. Anything that is donated helps with this financial burden more than you know. I am very lucky that so many of you care about us and our pet, and lucky to be able to get him the care that he needs. The vet thinks his spinal issue may be located in his neck, but hopefully this evening we can update everyone with what the cause is and exactly what can be done. Thanks again for helping give me the piece of mind of knowing I have done everything I can for him
