As you all know by now, El Luchador decided to stop operating on Monday, March 16, 2020, in an effort to ensure our community and our employees avoided exposure to COVID-19 (The Rona).

Our employees were paid 2 weeks of their average tips. This in no way matched what they truly earned weekly at their peaks, but it was what we could do.

In order to help Emily, Steven, and Toni survive the extended period of time we are unable to operate, we are asking for donations. These donations will go directly to them.

As we know you miss our team, rest assured we are working on ways to visit with you while San Antonio shuts down to get rid of The Rona. While we work on something fun and creative, we ask you to help with whatever you can donate.

Employees are a part of our donation team, and will be posting updates throughout this donation drive.

We look forward to opening and seeing all your lovely faces in person again soon!

Besos!
