Hi, I’m Lucas and I’m 16 years old. I’ve been studying the French language and culture for about four years now. I am the president of my school's French club, and I made great friends with the French exchange students when they were here. As I plan to attend university in France, this would be another reason as to why this opportunity seems so important to me. I have always been very engrossed in French culture, and I’ve always wanted to study it, so experiencing it firsthand would be the greatest thing I could ever ask for. The donations will be put toward cost of the travel and passport.

Recently, my application has been accepted to go to France in the spring. Of course, this isn’t going to come easy because of the cost. Just a little money can help lower the cost from my family's pocket would be amazing, and I’d be extremely grateful.
