Luca has been my loyal companion for over 10 years, and she’s truly my soul-bonded friend. She came into my life during a very difficult time, helping me through an abusive relationship and becoming my first pet as an adult. Luca means the world to me, and I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her steady presence and love.

Recently, Luca developed a painful abscess in her mouth, and the vet has told me she needs urgent dental surgery. She’ll need at least five teeth removed, along with blood work, a thorough cleaning, and antibiotics to treat the infection. The doctor stressed that this needs to happen as soon as possible, because the infection could spread and affect her organs if left untreated. While Luca has had minor health issues before, this is by far the most serious, and I’m doing everything I can to get her the care she needs.
