Hi everyone,
My name is Robert, and I’m a proud father doing everything I can to support my son, Luca, as he pursues his passion for hockey. Luca is a dedicated young goalie with a huge heart, strong discipline, and an incredible work ethic. He spends countless hours on the ice, training, traveling, and pushing himself to improve every single day. For Luca, hockey is more than just a sport—it’s a dream, a lifestyle, and a source of confidence, friendship, and personal growth.
This past season, Luca and his team achieved an amazing milestone by becoming 2026 SCAHA Champions. Watching him grow both as an athlete and as a person has been one of the greatest blessings for our family. Behind every practice and every game, there are many sacrifices. Living in the Coachella Valley means we regularly drive several hours multiple times a week so Luca can train and compete at a high level. Between team fees, travel expenses, hotels, tournaments, equipment, goalie coaching, ice time, and balancing school, the costs continue to grow each season. As parents, we do everything we can to support his dream, but youth hockey—especially for goalies—is extremely expensive.
We are creating this GoFundMe to help raise funds for Luca’s upcoming hockey season and continued development. Every donation, no matter the amount, will directly help with team and league fees, tournament travel expenses, goalie coaching and development, ice time and training, equipment and gear replacement, and hotel and transportation costs.
Luca is not only committed to hockey, but also to his education and personal growth. He is an Honor Roll student who works hard academically while balancing a demanding hockey schedule. We’re especially proud that Luca is learning entrepreneurship and creativity through his own small business, LuNa Art Production, which he started to help make money for pursuing his hockey dream. He helps design and create products to contribute toward his hockey journey and is learning responsibility at a young age.
