Help Luca and his family fight Leukemia

Since teens, my brother Justin Kelly (aka Noodle) and I experienced everything together - Finished school together, worked together, spent almost everyday together then eventually started our own families. His family became my family and vice versa. I've watched his boy Luca grow from a newborn, to a shy little boy to a confident and strong, legendary little footy player. Last week Luca was taken to the hospital as he hadn't been feeling well and had a sore arm. After a number of tests the doctors gave Justin news that no parent would ever want to receive, that Luca has been diagnosed with Leukemia. For those of you who aren't familiar of what is involved with treatment for leukemia, it starts with steroids, then chemotherapy then if needed bone marrow transplant. They will need to stay at the hospital for 3-6mths at minimum, then Luca will continue treatment after this. Luca's leukemia is a rare form known as Philadelphia chromosome-positive ALL) it only affects about 3-5% of children that present with leukemia. What this means is he will need an additional drug for targeted therapy ontop of the standard chemotherapy treatment, which will make it that extra bit tougher for the little guy. This has flipped their families life upside down.  As Luca is in the Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick, Justin, Shari, Bonnie and Clyde are finding a place close by so they can be with him every step of the way through his battle to beat Leukemia. The kids will be attending school at the hospital so they don't have to repeat a grade. I told Justin I wanted to set this gofundme page up for him, because the last thing Justin and Shari should be worrying about during this stressful and emotional time is financial stress. Shari is considering selling her business she worked so hard to set up and Justin is trying negotiate with his employer to work remotely from Sydney so they can atleast continue to pay their bills and mortgage. Unfortunately the Ronald McDonald house is currently full with other families who are going through a similar time, this has forced them to rent an air bnb for accomodation. Anyone who know this beautiful family i urge you to help these guys out, even if its only a small amount it all counts. Even if you don't know them, please help and donate to enable them to spend as much time as possible by Luca's side and be able to focus on supporting him and not having to worry about money, it should be the last thing a family should have to think about in a time like this. If we can raise enough maybe we could give a dad the chance to take some time off work to spend it with his son while he gets through this. Luca is as tough as nails and we know he will get through this, but everybody lets show support and help these guys out. Thankyou!
